You may select a design for the front and/or back of the jacket, and you also have the option to add a name on the back for a more personalized look.

Each jacket is made to order based on your selections. Please carefully review your size, design choice, placement, and name spelling before submitting your order.

For Shopify, I’d set the options up as Size, Design Choice, Design Placement, and Name on Back with a text field for the name.
