Return & Refund Policy

At Gifts with Purpose, every item is custom-made with care—personalized just for you. Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Please double-check all personalization details (names, dates, spelling, colors, etc.) before placing your order. Once submitted, orders cannot be changed or canceled.


Damages or Order Issues

While we cannot accept returns, your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at giftswithpurposenj@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will assess the issue and make it right where appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

As all products are personalized and made to order, all sales are final. This includes:

  • Custom name tags, keychains, apparel, and accessories

  • Personalized drinkware, decor, and gifts

  • Any item with custom design or engraving

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


European Union Customers

Due to the personalized nature of our products, the standard EU 14-day cooling off period does not apply to your order, as per Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
