At Gifts with Purpose, all of our products are made to order, which means we begin crafting your item as soon as your order is placed. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process:


📦 Processing Time

Because every item is personalized with care, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated shipping times (after processing):

  • Standard (US): 3–5 business days

  • Expedited (US): 1–3 business days

  • Local Delivery (if available): 1–2 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.


🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. If you're interested in international shipping, please contact us at giftswithpurposenj@gmail.com to see if we can accommodate your request.


📬 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen items. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

💌 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot refund or replace items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
